Booking, browsing, or otherwise using Dak2Deck means you accept the terms on this page in full.
Dak2Deck is a booking platform that helps Indian sellers create and pay for international shipments through India Post's DNK network. We are not a courier and do not physically move any parcel — once handed over, execution and delivery sit entirely with India Post.
You're responsible for entering accurate shipment details — receiver address, declared value, and contents included. Any issue that comes from an incorrect or false declaration is on the sender, not Dak2Deck.
Once a booking is complete, print the label, stick it on the parcel, and submit it at a designated DNK counter. Parcels that arrive without a proper label or in unsuitable packaging may be rejected. Return charges on a parcel sent back for any reason, and any customs duty, VAT, or tax levied by a relevant authority, are payable by the sender.
Labels generated through Dak2Deck are valid only at DNK-designated counters. A parcel submitted anywhere else may be refused or returned.
You're responsible for packaging your parcel safely and in line with postal regulations, and for making sure nothing prohibited or restricted goes inside. Customs and export rules for both India and the destination country apply.
Keep your login details to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
Using Dak2Deck for anything illegal or fraudulent — banned items, fake declarations, misuse of someone else's identity — is not allowed, full stop.
Once a parcel is handed to India Post, handling and delivery responsibility rests with them. Dak2Deck isn't liable for loss, damage, or delay once that handover happens.
If a delivery issue comes up, the tracking number and complaint need to be registered with India Post directly. We can help provide booking proof, but we're not the resolution authority for postal disputes.
Prices shown at booking are estimates that include India Post charges and are reconciled to the actual amount once processed. We currently charge no separate service fee. Once a label is generated, fees are non-refundable — unless the shipment is cancelled before drop-off, in which case we'll refund what was paid for that label.
We can suspend, restrict, or close your access if these terms are broken, the service is abused, or your account causes disruption to the platform.

These terms can be updated without prior notice. Continuing to use Dak2Deck after a change means you accept the update.
