DNK stands for Dak Niryat Kendra — India Post's dedicated desk for outbound international parcels. Every Dak2Deck label has to be handed in at one of these counters, not a regular post office window.

Print the label, stick it on, and take it to your nearest Dak2Deck-linked DNK counter. We'll tell you exactly which one to use once you're set up.
Every parcel moves through India Post's network end to end, and you'll get tracking for as long as the destination country supports it. Handling responsibility sits with India Post; for high-value parcels, layering on independent insurance is a good idea.
No — we're a bulk licensed export partner, not India Post itself. Think of us as the desk that makes booking with them fast, instead of a trip to three different counters.
